La Maison Desny 1925 - 1933
Desny were active in Paris from 1925 to 1933 and became quite famous for the work of its two designers Desnet and Mauny. They concentrated primarily on modern lighting solutions and bathroom fittings. When Desnet died in 1933, the business closed and the copyright were sold to a french company called "Design New York". WOKA has acquired the copyright from this company and produces small quantities of one of the best-known Desny lights, using the original tools.
